23rd POLISH INTERNATIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESCUE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2026 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:
- The Administrator of your personal data is the Voivodeship Ambulance Service in Olsztyn,

email: j.janiszewska@wspr.olsztyn.pl or in writing to the Administrator’s address. - The data is processed for the purpose of organizing, conducting, and promoting the 23rd Polish International Emergency Medical Rescue Championships, held on September 9-11, 2026, in Olsztyn, hereinafter referred to as “the championships.”
- The data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) (GDPR), on your consent. It may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
- Your data may be transferred to entities authorized under applicable law, external media, and entities with which WSPR has concluded data processing agreements.
- The data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose indicated in point 3 and stored for the period specified by law.
- You have the right to access, supplement, and correct your data by submitting a request via the website https://wspr.olsztyn.pl/kontakt/-, under the Championships tab, by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer, or by submitting it to the WSPR secretariat in Olsztyn.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
- Data processed in the IT system is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling as defined in Article 22 GDPR.
- The data Administrator makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access by unauthorized persons.
